Quack Labs Inc. provides budgeting and goal-tracking tools for informational purposes only. We are not a financial advisor, and nothing in the app should be considered financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to use the Grove app.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Grove for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the app's operation, or to attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
5. Intellectual Property
The Grove app and its content, trademarks, and code are owned by Quack Labs Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Grove at any time if you violate these terms or for operational reasons. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Grove app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Grove after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
